Holy cow! I am so very grateful to Tammy and the entire team at Burtonsville Auto Body and Paint. I fell victim to a man who approached me in a parking lot about fixing very minor scratches and dents on my Subaru Outback. I don’t know why I agreed to work with him, but that person ruined the paint job. It was left mottled and matte. I was horrified. The good folks at Burtonsville saw me right away and were entirely sympathetic to me. Their painters restored my car’s shiny finish. Highly recommend!

This place was great but has gone downhill since the orinal owner passed away. Their work isn't as flawless. Wait times to get things fixed are way too long. Employees are nice, though.

My car was rear-ended, and both the rear and trunk were damaged. The team assured me everything would be taken care of, and they truly delivered. I dropped it off and picked it up the very next day looking like new — they even went the extra mile and cleaned the whole car. I asked them to transfer parts from my old trunk to the new one, and they did it with no problem. Peppy and the front desk staff were kind, professional, and made the process easy. I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend this shop for fast, reliable repairs.
