I recently had a frustrating experience at this auto shop. I left my car with them for almost two weeks, only to find it sitting untouched each time I visited. Initially, I was quoted $100 for a diagnostic test, but when they finally got back to me, they had no clear direction on repairs and suggested following a costly manufacturer's flow chart that could run into thousands. When I declined their proposal, they claimed to have spent over five hours on my vehicle, but couldn't provide any documentation or details about what they actually did during that time. To my surprise, they then tried to charge me $500 for services I felt were nonexistent. Overall, this has been a terrible experience with no transparency or accountability. I believe I deserve a refund for the lack of service and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

We have used Bushey's automotive on multiple occasions now, and we LOVE them. It's so hard to find mechanics you can trust, so I'm always hesitant and hesitant to review too early; however, they always exceed our expectations. They are honest, up front, no frills, and they are actually personable. We aren't super car savvy, but they don't take advantage of that. They explain what is needed and give recommendations even if that means outsourcing the work to The Gear Box. Best in the area as far as we are concerned (after trying other top rated places). They follow up with their work, too! They even sent personalized Christmas cards, which were incredibly thoughtful. Highly recommend them!

I am new to Southern Maryland and a friend of mine recommended Jeff at Bushey Automotive for my 16 year olds 2016 Toyota RAV4, and I really appreciate Jeff’s character in handling this project. He went out of his way to help us not spend excessively on unnecessary things to ensure the car was safe for my daughter. He is very honest and does exceptional quality work. Strongly recommend for your automotive needs.

Where are all the positive reviews come from I don't know but this place is by far one of the worst in waldorf to add to the list of others, literary dropped the car off for repairs which should have taken 2 days max, they claim mechanic is sick, part is wrong have to order another, gonna be 1700 more on top of original quoted price, they've had the car now for days 5 to be exact with no end in sight for simple repairs other places would have done by now and yet they still can't get it right. I would not recommend anyone to take their car here due to all their so called problems fixing it. Unless you lime being without a car for over a week. This place shouldn't even be open anymore cause they sure don't know how to run a business.
