One of the worst services I've ever gotten. I've never purchased new tires for any of my cars before, so I've been to a lot of used tires places. I called this place, asked if they have the tire size that I want..the guy tells me he has it, and it would be 40 per tire. I said I'm getting 4, so can he give me a deal? He said no it will be 160, and hung up! Anyway, I decided to go check it out. The Asian service old man was super grumpy. I said I wanted to see the tires, and he was upset because I asked. Fast forward, I chose 4 tires and told him I wanted those on. He started working and I was just hanging out watching him, he asks me to leave and if I wanna watch what's he doing, I can watch it on YouTube. At the end, I gave him my credit card to pay the 160 that we had agreed on, he charges me 180. I asked why? He said prices start at 40, that doesn't mean it's 40. He adds, check the recording when we spoke on the phone, as if I was recording him speaking. It felt like he took a tip regardless of how I felt about his terrible service and manners. The only good thing from my encounter with this place is that I actually got decent tires. But I guess I paid the price for that.
