Had my BMW 135i repaired here through insurance. Experience was top notch! Sherry is great and very kind. She gives motherly vibes and has great communication skills. All in all you feel like you're leaving your car in good hands and they make you feel at home! Unfortunately as much as I would love to return here for future body work. There was a misunderstanding between Calfax and another shop they outsourced work to with my car and they botched some work on my car. They put my spacers on backwards and used the wrong size bolts leaving my car barely hanging on by the thread and left my tires scraping since the track was too wide. Sherry seemed to lose patience with me and my car although what I requested was fairly simple for any reputable shop to do. Kauffman Auto over torqued my wheels and bonded the spacers to my car which was frustrating and I highly recommend Calfax reconsiders who the outsource work to. I wish I felt more welcomed at the end of the process but I was kind of mistreated due to a misunderstanding that wasn't my fault and negligence on Kauffman Autos end. Who ever did the work on my front bumper desires the Nobel Peace Prize I'll gladly advocate for them cause damn that paint job on my bumper brought the world a little closer to god. How? Not exactly sure but I felt it.

If it was possible to give a 6 star review, Sherry and her team at Calfax would get it hands down. Scheduling was easy and we really felt she was on our side when our repair required parts and service beyond the insurance company estimate. The work was completed ahead of schedule and the quality is top notch. If you need body work, see Sherry at Calfax. You will not be disappointed!

The service was top-notch, and the quality of their work was excellent. Sherry dealt with the insurance company and took care of everything while keeping me informed along the way. I was rear ended and my car had some damage. The insurance company was (still is) a nightmare, but Sherry and Calfax has made the repair really pleasant. She took the time to explain the process, provided realistic estimates of the damage and the time it would take, and never left me wondering what was going on. I was really impressed with how quickly she would respond to calls and emails, and also with the records/notes she kept throughout the process. If I'm ever in an accident again, I'm going back to Calfax.

She answers almost immediately, she is patient, kind and most importantly, VERY knowledgeable. As it was my first accident, she answered all of my questions and gave great advice. I was able to bring my car in right away and they gave me an estimate right away! They know a lot of insurance companies and worked great with mine! SERVICE: My car looked brand new and I think they might have even washed my car?! It looked so clean. The body work and paint job were phenomenal. I highly recommend Calfax Motors! Give them a call!
