Caliber Auto Glass lost a mounting bracket for my dash cam which they removed and failed to reinstall. After speaking with representatives numerous time, and emailing managers, Caliber ghosted me and my "warranty claim". I was forced to purchase the mount at my expense. Caliber FAILED completely to communicate and address my concerns.
