I stopped by this location today to pickup a trailer. I didn’t get any names however the gentleman that helped me was Business appropriate. The atmosphere was normal, and the process was quick for me to recover a trailer. I have no complaints. The process is, as you would expect at that type of business.

We called him to take a look of a truck which have lack of power and rough idling, he said he can change the fuel filter and see will that improve. After changing the fuel filter it was the same situation. Then he diagnosed that there is a sound from the transmission clutch area and said that the problem is there either clutch, transmission or flywheel and he need to pull down the whole transmission. Non of this didn't make sanse. We went to another shop they did injector test and found that 2nd injector didn't work properly...

Scheduled a tow with them to go to a Freightliner dealer, they said their shop can knock it out quicker and was an easy fix. Decided to take their advise and let them fix it. $1000 later the truck made it a few miles down the road and they want another $900 to tow it to the location of original request. They blamed it on the driver doing something wrong. Steer clear, there is plenty of other shops in town.

Very rude. Trying to help a friend on the west coast get their truck on the east coast. This guy's shop is a mile and a half from where the truck is parked. And because I said very nicely it's going to take 2 hours to get a truck a mile and half a away from you? He didn't want my business. Well I guess he doesn't need my business now does he. Just to check an air leak. $107.63....in about 34 minutes...How about that?........then, wanted to do the service...he said, we will need to pay upfront and it was going to be snow...they wouldn't guarantee if the job was going to be done, the next day...so, leave it up to you!!!!!!
