Brought my brand new 2025 van here after reading the good reviews, I had some driver door damage. I was told it was a "slow week and a great time to bring the Van." I was also told after the fifth day they had received all the parts which was "amazing" and that the Van had been taken apart already. The pickup date for the Van was delayed 2x, having the vehicle in the shop for about a month was certainly not what I expected. The price changed by $1800 once I received the bill. I truly feel like they were milking insurance. Upon we're receiving the van back, I noticed there were plugs missing that was supposed to be holding down a rubber strip near the windshield wiper area. ( I later found the plug in the bed of the windshield wiper area. I also found a broken black plastic piece in the inside of my vehicle, where it looks like they placed it in a cup holder) There were also screws missing inside my wheel well, the plastic of the wheel well was sticking out further than the van itself, probably due to missing screws. The rubber piece where my door and roof connect at the top was raised. I was told the delay was due to a door sensor, my husband drove my Van, did not shut the door all the way and began driving, no sensor ever went off, alerting us that the door was open while moving, which is pretty odd for a brand new vehicle. I doubt the sensor was replaced. I was told that my alignment was fine. When I specifically asked that question, then come to find out my Van was out for an alignment, which caused another delay. Then upon receipt of the van, my van pulls to the right side and you can even see in my steering wheel how messed up the alignment is. I'm pretty concerned that any work performed that cannot be seen by the naked eye was done terribly. Would not recommend. I wish there was a way to attach pictures.

I'd recommend to consider other body shops for your rust repairs and painting. My experience was a hassle and the repairs did not last. They even skipped items on the proposal and told me they were completed.

This body shop had awesome customer service and they did a great job fixing my front bumper damage caused by collision. The job was done in a timely manner and they also gave me a loaner car to use for a few days while my car was in their garage. Finally, their pricing was fair and transparent. Their rep also called me a week after the fix to make sure things were fine with the car. Overall very satisfied with Caltiders body shop.

Caltrider’s is the best body shop around! I’ve gone there 3 times for body and rust repair, they do amazing work and they also have loaner cars that they let you borrow when they are working on your car! They also stand behind their work. I just bought a new truck and hit a deer 3 weeks into owning the truck, they let me borrow a car and worked with my insurance to fix the truck and made my first insurance claim easy. I would recommend Caltrider’s body shop to anyone looking to get scratches fixed, rust repaired, dents fixed, or collision repair.
