They just repaired my 2009 GMC Sierra. They did an excellent job. The replaced my fender, bumper, headlights, painted trim ,and the supports the held the radiator , fender and other parts. It was almost a total loss, but they kept the cost down enough for the insurance not to total it, because I wanted to keep it, because of the low mileage, and I just had the transmission rebuilt last year. It looks as good as the day I bought it. They did it in a timely matter, especially considering this was right after the snow storm. A very friendly staff. They weren't my first choice. The other place (part of a chain) was to swamped to even take it. They will be my first choice from now on ! Thank you Calvert Auto Body

The customer service was outstanding. My vehicle looks brand new again and the process was so smooth. I highly recommend this repair facility.

I have never left a bad review before, but I will say my experience here was disappointing. My car was towed here after an accident where the windshield was shattered and most of the front end had to be replaced. I wasn’t fond of the communication that had taken place over the 5 weeks my car was here, but that is not my gripe. When my car was ready for pickup, externally it looked great- Intact windshield and my front end was beautiful. Upon opening the drivers side door to inspect the inside, I immediately noticed a dime size piece of glass sitting in my center console. I then thought to check my seat because the windshield majority shattered on the drivers side. My seat was full of glass shards all the way along the seem where the leather meets the cloth fabric. My dashboard was glittering with glass shards. Being that the windshield shattered, it seemed crazy to me that my car wasn’t detailed or barely even vacuumed, only the larger pieces had been removed. I went back inside and inquired about why there would still be so much glass in my car and they apologized and had me pull my car around. A teenager (who was perfectly kind) with a shop vac was the resolution. After his attempts to clear the glass on the drivers side, I then had to ask him to address the passenger side too. I didn’t take any pics of this initial glass because I was so shocked. After returning my rental car and further inspection, these pics were taken. Truly, the pictures don't do it justice. There was glass shards all throughout my car- whole dashboard, my defrost vents, my steering wheel, center console, both front seats, and the entire floor board in the back. Upon getting home that night, I had to pluck more glass out of my legs and fingers than I did from the original accident. This feels like bathing in fiberglass. As you can imagine, this was devastating. I declined their offer to “have them vacuum it out again” and had my car sent elsewhere. After having my car detailed at another facility, I know my expectations were not too high. Having a car filled with glass shards is unacceptable. Receiving your vehicle back after an accident, to have the interior feel and look almost no different than the day it was towed, is unacceptable. This place has good reviews, the people are nice, and the work seems affordable (my whole front end was replaced for 4,000). The quality of service was disheartening to say the least.

The entire crew was awesome from the front desk to the body crew. Let's face it custom paint jobs that look like this will cost a little, but these photos show why. The quality and precision is spot on. The detail and time put in was excellent. They had my jeep for 6 weeks and never were they put in a spot to do a rush job. So give them the time and this is what you will get. WELL worth the investment. No extra work was done unless they contacted me and they were given a list of things to do based on what they found and they exercised great common sense. They inspected and made valued suggestions and repairs of any issues with the frame that would increase the longevity of my jeep. We were lost on which color, shade and metallic or not. We brought in photos and one of the ladies in the front had a photos of a past jeep she had and then we spent a week just narrowing down the color. We appreciated that tireless effort greatly. The combination of color, location, and texture was talked about in the very beginning and very knowledgeable suggestions were made to achieve a perfect outcome. My family thanks the entire crew for all of their work and professionalism and because of Calvert Body Works we have a beautiful new looking jeep that will last another 20 years. If I needed any body work/paint in the future, I would highly recommend them.

There was an issue with our vehicle on the day it was supposed to be ready, Stephanie had the issue corrected over a 2 day period and even paid for our rental vehicle for that period. Our vehicle looks great. They didn't use aftermarket or used parts.
