I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Cambridge Auto. They were paid $10,520.06 from my insurance company to repair my vehicle, but they only completed the cosmetic work, which was estimated at $4,394. Now that it’s time for inspection, I can’t even pass because the horn still doesn’t work, even though that repair was included in what they were paid to fix. My check engine light is also on because they didn’t repair the harness to the ambient sensor as they were supposed to. To make matters worse, I had to pay out of pocket for the struts, even though that was my main issue—the bad struts were causing my tires to wear down very quickly. Cambridge Auto never included them in the insurance estimate, which feels completely dishonest and unprofessional. I trusted this shop to handle my car repairs properly and to communicate with the insurance company accurately, but instead I’m left with unfinished work, more expenses, and a car that can’t pass inspection. I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable or honest auto repair service.

Cambridge Auto Body definitely has 5 star service. Matt and his entire team were very helpful, accommodating, and have great customer service. My car was totaled in May 2025 due to structural damage from an accident. Matt did everything he could to work with my insurance to help me save my car, but due to MD laws, it wasn't much that could be done. Throughout this process it was really hard for me, having to start over and get a new vehicle, but Matt and his team (Shayna, April) and everyone else behind the scene, were very understanding and supportive in trying to assist me with this situation. I was a customer previously from another incident with the car, and they did a great job restoring my car back to it's regular functionality and cosmetics. They're work is top tier. I would definitely recommend going to Cambridge Auto Body for any services they provide; you will not be disappointed. Thank you all for your help and great service!!

Back in March my home burned down and my minivan that was parked in front melted on the one side. This shop was recommended by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. They fixed everything so well it was almost better than new. And when the sliding door on the burnt side broke down a couple of weeks after they had finished working on it, I brought my car back in an the same day it was fixed. Highly recommend if you have insurance
