The experience with Canby has been great. My car looks wonderful. Even with some challenges we experienced - part came in damaged and huge snowstorm - they always kept me updated. Working with staff was a pleasure. Their response to any messages sent was prompt and appreciated. Would definitely recommend them if you need any repairs to your vehicle.

Had to take my 1 year old Yukon to a collision center after an accident. I had never even heard of Canby’s. I’m so glad I went with them! The customer service was stellar. I was provided with updates weekly via text and follow up calls from Sydnie. She would give me updates from costs, to repair stages, to insurance questions. Sydnie was great! When I got my car back I was blown away. It looked better than when I had just drove it off the lot. I’m very happy I went with Canby’s.

Took in our Honda Fit after someone backed into it in a garage. I am very satisfied with our experience at Canby. The whole staff, and especially Mike, were pleasant and wonderful to work with. they had great communication. They repaired our vehicle on time, which was amazing since it was around Christmas that I took it in, the total bill was very close to the estimate, and it looks brand new. I highly recommend Canby!
