I have purchased multiple cars and each time experience has been smooth and they will make sure to answer all your questions. Best used car dealership in the DMV. This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have come across and as a fellow entrepreneur I hate to write negative reviews. I have sat back and watched a family member have to constantly reach out to this business to get the basic things they were due. The lack of communication and transparency is disgusting and I hope to see this business make greater improvements in integrity and customer service, because this is NOT it!
