I went to go buy a a used Hyundai venue 2021, they were re doing the steering wheel so I had wait a week which was fine. But when I was almost ready to buy, I noticed something was off. My mom was the one who was paying for the car but I was doing the shopping process. So I called a day after the test drive and said “hey it me who drove the venue I’m ready to buy just need the numbers breakdown over the phone to give to my mom!” THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY NUMBERS IN BLACK AND WHITE. Real song that their finance price was lower than their cash price I knew it was wrong. Me and my mom went in and told them we had a better deal… they did nothing to try and beat it. Moral of the story go shop at Bobs Bell not Car Haven

All them down tthere are full of i. I was trying to get information about a warranty i purchased for a car i purchased from them. They hung up on me several times and even pretended to not here me over the phone. I even heard someone laughing in the background. Don't do business with these people.
