DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! If i could give ZERO stars I would. When I walked in there was no friendly greeting. I got the “what does she want?” look. I asked for an estimate on how much it would cost to replace an oil pressure sensor on my car and the older white gentleman said “ohhhh that’s gonna be expensive, at a minimum $1,200”. I was discouraged because i really didn’t want to spend that amount of money. After talking to some friends and calling around to other shops I was able to get it replaced for only $200. These people are opportunists and scammers. I’m not sure if he thought he could take advantage of me because I’m in the military, I’m a woman, or I’m black. Or it could have been because I’m a black woman in the military!! I have other black friends who have had a similar experience here. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Customer service was good, but this was the last place that serviced my Honda Civic (with an oil change) before its undercarriage fell off (while diving on the freeway on a particularly windy day). This shop gave me a laundry list of things they felt needed to be addressed... Some of them were debunked by a second shop's opinion (which I got because $2k in repairs was out of budget), but none of them would have prevented the undercarriage failure, which needed $5-10 in parts to prevent what ended up being a $400-500 repair. I wish I had had a better experience here because their location would be convenient for me, but I don't trust them with my vehicles anymore and found another place to fix the undercarriage.

I was able to come in super early and drop my car off before work, and then pick it up after! Inspection complete, and they had called to see if I wanted to have my oil changed since it was clearly time! Very convenient! They even let me know if another issue my car was having, but instead of trying to sell me on doing it here, they said I should be able to go get it taken care of under warranty. Very helpful and nice guys, will be back

I’ll always trust Car Doc with my vehicle. I’ve been going here for maintenance and repair for almost four years now, and every time I call, they always find a good time in my busy schedule for them to work on my car. Their team is hardworking and honest about the needs/repairs of my car. Expectations are always upfront, pricing is affordable, and there is open communication about the potential work my car could need and a time frame for it, if I choose not to do it that day. They are also very understanding about pricing (as cars are an expensive investment) and propose many options so I can make an educated decision for my vehicle and wallet. I always enjoy working with Car Doc to maintain my vehicle, and I’m thankful for the stress-free and friendly experience they offer.

Update (September 2025) I originally gave them 5 stars but now….it is 3. I went in at 3:22 on a Friday to get my oil changed. The gentlemen who works the front desk told me they are about to close. I pointed out the sign on the window shows they close at 5:00. His response…..they haven’t updated it. Shoot, a search on Google still shows 5:00. Come on! That is just pure laziness and poor customer service. If you change the hours, update your information that way people aren’t leaving work early to rush o er there and are not able to be taken care of! (June 2025) I just wanted to give a shout out to the team at Car Docs. They got me in quickly and were kind. They listened to what I needed and ensured to take the best care of me. I really appreciate the team and will continue to give them my business.
