Unknowingly ran over some debris on the highway resulting in a flat tire. I, by some act of God, found Carlos Auto Service. They were beyond kind, professional and helpful. They could have easily charged me an arm and a leg or sold me some old tire, but did none of that! They helped me get back on the road with a cost efficient and safe option. I am beyond grateful to them and highly recommend them.

BE AWARE!! This place is not honest. We came here to get our alinement serviced. We were recommended by our normal mechanic. He told us a list of things we needed to do BEFORE the alinement service or else he would not do it. They just wanted to charge us more money. Price is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE also. Customer service is also very rude considering he wanted $4000 for a regular tune-up. Don’t come here.

I came to this shop because I had read good reviews about their honesty and service, so I decided to give them a try when my check engine light came on. I dropped off my car, and the engine light did come off, unfortunately, it came back on a few days later, which was disappointing. In addition to that, I was sold some other services. After reviewing the receipt later, I realized the pricing for those services was quite a bit higher than I expected.

At Carlos we made an appointment for a full yearly service and waited around 2 weeks. We dropped the car at 8am but despite the reservation was about a full service (oil, filters, brakes, check everything, etc) they have not started until I call them after 2pm. And of course they did not finish the same day, wasting the hassle of having an appointment and dropping the car early. We said yes to every service they offered, alignment, change battery, brakes, etc. All of them replaced. We specifically asked about tire rotation, they said it is included. Later asked again, they said they have completed. Next day took back the car in the morning. Asked again, they said it is done since it is included. No. We determined that they have not rotated the tires. When we asked about it the next day they were defensive to the level of being offensive. Admission of a mistake would be nicer as we know the tires are not rotated (we know their air pressures and had marked them). Thus, now we lost faith as which other services they said completed are really completed.

Carlos’s is a fantastic shop. They are honest and thorough. I had an issue with the steering wheel and they found the problem and then researched that Hyundai had a recall on the part. Bill wrote up a diagnostic report to give to Hyundai to ensure that it was covered!! Love it here.
