I was going to leave a detailed review but after reading the other reviews the information is all there. I will file a complaint with the BBB but honestly... Lying and wasting people's time is unacceptable. High pressure selling people to buy your warranty to then proceed later as though the warranty doesn't mean anything is "snakey". 0/10 do not recommend to purchase a car/ the warranty , or even get service here.

Edited to revise 1/9/2022 - They have not been accepting cars bought from them with extended warranties for several months. I am very disappointed that my business is being “farmed out” to other repair shops where if I take my car to a dealer I am charged a $100.00 deductible instead of only $50.00. Yes I could take it to one of Carmax’s approved repair shops but I prefer a dealership. Additionally, I have left a couple of messages for a manager regarding some questions I have with no return call. The dealership I have been using in place of CarMax for my warranty work (a very large dealership in Bel Air) has been doing an amazing job with my Hyundai and may very well earn have earned my business for any future car purchases I make. Amazing customer service. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and make sure you are completely satisfied. I have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely terrible service. The easiest thing takes hours to complete. I sitting in thr waiting room, 1.5 hours after my appointment so that they can give me a loaner car since I dropped my car off. This CarMax does not care about your time. I have waited 4 hours on two different occasions just to be told that my appointment was setup when the right people weren't here to fix the issue. I hate coming here and regret purchasing my car from here as well.
