Cristian and Anibal are managers and owners of C.A.R.P Auto Service and have over twenty years of experience. Cristian and Anibal have a vast knowledge of how to repair different types of cars and how they care about their customers, allowing them to understand where the repair process is and what to expect next. In my case, I had to deal with an insurance company, which was a hassle, but Cristian approached me and told me not to worry about anything related to my car and the insurance. He would take care of it. Even with the rental, Cristian helped me with some inquiries I had. The timing from the moment the car was delivered to C.A.R.P Auto Service (damaged) until it was completely repaired was a time that Cristian spoke with the insurance to speed up the process which at the end it worked out. The final product I received from C.A.R.P Auto Service was even better than before it was damaged. They speak Spanish if the customer needs it. I understand when you need that in certain situations they speak to you in your mother language. C.A.R.P Auto Service is a reliable and professional one to keep returning to.

Have been taking my car here for years. Always accommodating and tries to work with your budget. Cristian and Anibal have taken care of all my family and friends that I've referred to them. I can't recommend them enough. My car is 6 years old and still drives like it's brand new. I was in a small accident recently and had damages to my front bumper and lights. After I took it to C.A.R.P., you cannot even tell anything happened to my car. I also appreciate that this is a family-owned business. They are very honest and fair with their pricing. I used to be very hesitant going to body shops with the fear of getting ripped off. C.A.R.P. has eliminated that fear and now I feel like a part of their family. It's nice to have a body shop and mechanic you can trust. You can't go wrong using these guys!
