I recently had an excellent experience at Carpenter’s. The customer service was excellent. Bud was very attentive and friendly and explained things to me so that I understood. (I don’t understand “car speak”). The price for my service was actually lower than the estimate!!! That was a bonus!

I have used Carpenters ever since I moved to the area 9 years ago. Roy and Sue were always wonderful to work with and I never had to return any vehicles after their repair. The new owners are great also! I was headed to work recently when I heard my brakes for the first time and knew I needed help. I was close, so I stopped by and found I needed new rear brakes and rotors. They kindly fit me in right away so I didn’t have to miss any more days from work. I’m so grateful for that kindness to help me out!!
