I had an amazing experience with CARSTAR Auto Body - Beltsville! What started out as a very stressful situation after my accident quickly turned into a smooth and easy process thanks to their incredible team. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The turnaround time truly impressed me — they had my car repaired and looking brand new in less than two weeks! The quality of the work was outstanding, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Steve, the office manager, who provided absolutely excellent customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure all my questions were answered. He really went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend CARSTAR Auto Body in Beltsville to anyone who wants fast, high-quality repairs and top-notch customer service!

We all know how stressful it can be when your car is broken and needs to be fixed. I have a 2007 Buick and was involved in a hit-and-run The car still runs beautifully, but I didn’t like the blemish that was left CARSTAR Nescar took away my anxiety from my first interaction with Jesus. We coordinated schedules and I worked with Steve the day I brought my vehicle in. They kept me informed along the repair journey. I picked her up today and Jesus and Steve both greeted me and were extremely efficient, friendly, and absolutely no hassle. Not that I have been to many body shops, but I was so impressed with how immaculate and organized the physical space is. I hope I don’t need to have repairs again, but if I have to, I will definitely contact CARSTAR Nescar in Beltsville. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could. This is the best shop you can take your car to in the DMV if your are in accident or just need a great body shop that goes above and beyond to make sure the client is happy and taken care of! From making sure I get the best parts when insurance tried to take the cheap route to arranging the rental. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and kept me updated through out the entire process! My car looks and drives like I was never in accident. Jesus and Steven knocked it out of the park Thank you guys!!
