Amazing service, quick but thorough. 3 kids tend to trash a car when they spend the majority of the week in it so being that it was there because we hit a deer and needed front end damage taken care of I didn’t expect anymore than that. Was pleasantly surprised to find not only is the work perfect and she looks brand new the inside was detailed as well which was an AMAZING surprise to find! I will always come back for any future needs and refer all my friends and family to R&M!

My car was hit while parked and had a few scratches and dents on the passenger rear door. The insurance recommended this place due to reviews.. first of all, they were always respectful and nice when I talked to them. It took 11 days to get my car back and they never called with updates, I called them multiple times asking how it was going due to having a rental. When I did get my car back, once we got to the place to return the rental, I noticed that one of the dents are still there. Which they said they got a new door for it but it’s dented and has scratches on it. Also, I noticed the back of my car has scratches all over it now! Which I know it was not like that when I dropped it off. I’m so upset because it looks like I’m going to end up with my paint chipped everywhere on the back. Although they were nice, I will not be returning anytime in the future.

Color match looks like a blind dude did it. Oops the glue didn’t quite set up on that fender trim. Oh and they left bare metal where the passenger door was binding on the fender. Hopefully I hit another deer so it can get fixed right :)
