Good people. Ok for the most part- but if you're ignition interlock... Be careful. 1. One time after calibration, the tech couldn't put the panel back correctly. I told her that I was worried it would fall. She pushed it back and said it would be fine. It Fell on my brake pedal while I was driving on the highway a week later. 2. Without my knowledge or confirmation, appointment times were made for me for days when I made clear I couldn't make it. that lead to missed appointment FEE$ from the state. 3. Another time the tech didn't return my credit card to me.... she just left it in the passenger seat of my car for my forgetful self to find...the card got lucky that day. Good people. They work with you. But sometimes, avoidable mistakes happen and consequences of those mistakes that you need only on YOU 🫵🏾. Be careful.

I brought my car into Car Toys because I was having problems with my battery and also a strange noise that had been bothering me for a while. The team there was amazing! They checked everything out right away, explained to me what was going on, and got straight to work. They replaced my battery quickly and also figured out exactly what was causing the noise. Not only did they fix it, but they made sure everything else in my car was running smoothly before handing it back. The difference was night and day—my car runs so much better now, and the annoying noise is completely gone. The customer service was excellent too. Everyone was polite, professional, and made sure I understood what was being done. I left feeling confident that my car was in great shape. If you need honest, reliable, and fast service, I definitely recommend Car Toys. They took care of me and my car, and I’ll be coming back for any future issues or upgrades.

I went to them to have a Smart Start put on my car on April 8th. Even though they had several customers, they were very helpful, and informative. They made an uncomfortable situation bearable. The only issue I had was with the device. While I was "training" to use the device, it violated me, obviously an error. Smart Lock refused to refund me for the violation, insisting that the device was working probably. So, loss of 1 star is actually against Smart Start, not Car Toys. Car toys installs many different devices. Choose any other device.
