Love Catlett’s! Our trusted mechanic sadly retired and passed away and we were searching for a new place to take our three family vehicles. A friend recommended Catlett’s. We have been taking our vehicles to them for over a year now. All of the staff are friendly and professional. They seem to always be able to fit us in for appointments. They give great advice with options on necessary repairs and suggested services. We feel we have a new trusted place for all our vehicles.

I’ve had Catlett’s work on a few of my company trucks recently and every experience has been so pleasant all the way through. I have a few dually pick up trucks and had trouble finding somewhere locally with the right equipment to work on them. I’m so glad I was told to call Catlett’s. Extremely fair pricing, great work, and quick turnaround. I will be bringing every vehicle I own - company and personal - to Catlett’s from here on out. I wish I could give more than 5 stars with how happy I’ve been with them!

My car was towed to Catlett’s around 12:30pm and they had a new battery installed, oil changed, cleaned my air filter, checked breaks, ran diagnostics in no time. I was even able to pick it up by 5pm. Bobby and the rest of the team stayed in constant contact with me and answered all my questions. I handled everything over the phone. Super easy, hassle-free, and the price was great. I will be back for sure.

Juan at Catlett's REALLY helped me out when I was in a tight spot this week. He personally made all of the difference. I caught a flat on 97 going into work and they dispatched Juan to tow me. After I hung up with the office, I got a call from Juan who advised me on how to be safe while I was waiting, and how long it would take him to get to me. I got another call from him when he was 2 minutes out - he told me he was going to park his truck in front of me, and that I should climb into the passenger seat when he did. After Juan had my car on the truck, we got off the interstate and looked at my tire. He was able to find the puncture quickly, and unfortunately the tire would have to be replace. I had already spoken to my dealership and they wouldn't be able to fix my flat the same day, so we started calling around. I had special tires on my car and nowhere had them in stock - the best I could find was being seen at 3pm the same day (missing a full day of work). Juan happened to have a friend at my dealership, so he gave her a call to see if they had the tire and could squeeze me in. Sure enough, his friend pulled through and they were able to see me immediately. They had the new tire on, and i was able to make it to work by noon. Freaking magic! I'm paid hourly, so there is a real difference in missing 4 hours of work versus 2 days. Juan made all of the difference. He was very professional, polite, friendly, and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be pointing my friends to Catlett's, and telling them to ask for Juan.
