Brought my car in for Maryland State inspection. Due to the numerous problems with the car Caton Auto was in constant communication with me via text. Not only did they provide documentation of the problems I was able to give approvals and also pay my bill thru website. Due to their limited business hours, they provide a kiosk to collect my keys and bill after hours.

Have never used this shop before. Set up an appointment online. Was quick and easy. Went in, explained my issue, and dropped my car off. Within a day, I was texted the issues my car had, and a list of things they could work on with my approval. Once approved, I simply paid, was notified when things were done, and came in to pick it up. Whole process was about two days. The shop is decently priced for the work, and I will definitely be using this place in the future.

Easy drop off/pick up process. Excellent communication about: the estimate, and select the services you want done, and payment. Everyone is professional and helpful. They will get factory or well made replacement parts for you. Have been using Caton for 10+ years and will continue to choose this shop!

Another local shop was not able to get the tensioner bolt out in my 2013 Toyota Tundra, they said it should last 6-12 months and then bring it back. Caton auto was able to get the bolt unstuck and replaced so that I would not be in a worse position months from now. JJ kept me up to date as they completed the work.

A fair assessment. The staff and work provided was great. JJ my service writer was very friendly and accommodating. My only issue is that it took imo, entirely to long to fix my vehicle. Understanding that there was a hold up as far as getting the correct part to fix my vehicle correctly. I dropped my vehicle off on Sunday for a Monday diagnostic and possible repair. My vehicle wasn't finished until Thursday. In comparison I took my vehicle to another shop on the following Monday to fix the other side. I got my car back by 2pm the same day. I'd definitely consider as I have previously to have caton auto repair my vehicle. I just need to know going in what to expect.
