I brought my truck in due to a transmission issue, as well as a problem with the vehicle pulling to the right while driving. Prior to taking it to Century, I had taken the truck to another dealership where a wheel alignment was performed. Despite that alignment, the vehicle continued to pull to the right. While the truck was at Century for the transmission concern, I asked that they also look into the pulling issue. I had stated to them that I just had a wheel alignment done. A day later, I received a call asking a few follow-up questions about the concern. After that, I did not hear anything further. Toward the end of the following day, I called for an update and was told that they were finishing up and had performed a wheel alignment. I questioned why a wheel alignment was done without contacting me first to provide an estimate or obtain my authorization. At that point, the service manager came on the phone and, in a very rude manner, stated, “I fixed your problem—you owe us $240.” He claimed the previous dealership had caused the issue and that he had corrected it. I attempted to explain that I would not have authorized another wheel alignment under those circumstances and that I would have returned to the previous dealership to address it if that had been the cause. The service manager refused to listen, continued to speak rudely, and ultimately stated that he would cover the cost but suggested that I not return there again and hung up the phone on me.

Went here for the first time after being disappointed with the dealer I was using. I got an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter. I was completely satisfied with everything!!!

Everyone I dealt with from service manager to the advisor was professional and pleasant to deal with. They made an appointment for me two days from the time I called (a month wait in other places). Even though they did not have mobile tech, they were willing to pick up the vehicle 30 miles away. And they finished the job on the same day as they said they would. I asked for some technical information (a screenshot), but the service advisor was unable to accommodate, so I got it from a friend the next day. It indicated all the modules related to recall (CSP) was updated but 7 more pending. Service Advisor gave me the impression every module would be up to date when they are finished. But that would be going above and beyond the intent of appointment so I don't deduct any stars for this. The tire rotation was not done according to the manufacturer's recommendation (they were swapped on the same side but not crossed). Overall, I am happy with the service and I do recommend them.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service writers Josh and Rebakah! They are professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and can toss in some fun when they know you are having a bad day with your vehicle. The mechanic that worked tirelessly to identify my problem was amazing! The entire staff is trained in stellar customer service and I will be buying my next vehicle from Century Mt Airy! 5 great big STARS!! Kim A.

Service Dept and Mechanic are excellent and awesome. Since, I am deaf. They are very well communicated with me. Also friendly. They did do the job very reasonable time line, and do it great job. Will use them for my truck service from now to the future. Gave them a big thumb up.
