I can't be more grateful for Brian, John and Certified Auto. I had been taking my Cadillacs to Bay Area Point S for years and they were being misdiagnosed and I was being charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for the wrong things. Switching to this shop and being diagnosed correctly and having the correct things fixed the first time has made my car feel brand new. As a matter of fact, it's never driven so amazing. I do a lot of automotive work myself but sometimes it’s just above my knowledge. Trying to find an honest mechanic that cares about their work was tough. Until I found these guys. They do a wonderful job and are as honest as they come. I trusted them to replace the timing gear in my truck and they did it at a fraction of what the dealership wanted. Truck runs and sounds great. I highly recommend them.
