Got into a minor accident that required some body work and paint. I was recommended Chandler’s through the insurance company and am very happy with their work. Everyone at the office was very kind and super responsive. My car was completed in about 6 days and throughout the time I received constant communication about the progress of my vehicle. Accidents can be a huge inconvenience but working with Chandler’s made the process a lot easier.

I had to come here for repairs after a fender bender, and everyone here was amazing! From start to finish, I was kept informed of the status of my car repairs and provided with detailed updates. They were able to complete the repairs in just 4 days and returned my car in excellent condition! They even detailed the inside and made sure the outside was shiny and clean as well! Getting in an accident is a stressful experience, but everyone at Chandler's was polite, personable, and professional. I highly recommend this body shop. The team here is incredibly kind and truly understands the meaning of great customer service. Veronica and Paul were very kind and professional. They both kept me updated throughout the process of our vehicle being repaired. They returned my car back to me late without my bumper even fully intact. I did not notice until I got home and took it back on my next day off. They fixed the issue using super glue. My car was dirty when it was returned and my seat has a cut in it which was not there when I dropped my car off. They told my insurance company the damage to my rim was “previous damage” without reaching out to me or reading the police report which was incorrect. Save the headache and go somewhere else!
