I called them and was told if I could get in by 3:15 they could take care of my wheel alignment. Arrived and the cashier was helping someone. She finished and was walking around I guess putting documents up. Never said anything to me. Two ladies who walked out before I came in returned and she immediately started talking to them about their next steps. One asked the cashier if she was helping me or ready for them. She told her she was ready for them. I said to the lady, she is definitely helping you all because I’ve been just standing here almost 5 minutes and she hadn’t said any thing to me. The cashier then said, I didn’t say anything to you. So many things I could have said to that but because she is an older lady I just said, you have said a word which you know and I e been standing here. You could have at least said I’ll be with you. I’ll just take my car somewhere else. I kinda expect this from the young kids but not from the elders. It just seemed so disrespectful.

Always get my maintenance done here. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, short wait times, & some of the best prices in the area. Their tire warranty is incredible & on par with Costco's.

I am so thankful for Chaney Tire. I took my car to another auto shop and they said they would not be able to plug my tire because it was too deep. I called for a tire estimate and Chaney Tire told me to bring it up and wallah...they were able to plug it. Not only did I make it back to work in time, but they made my day so much better because I was stressed. Bring your car here and you wont leave disappointed.

LOVE THIS PLACE!! They are fast and so friendly. I trust them to the moon and back. They are HONEST, for me that's a big plus! Thank you Chaneys!! Needs a bigger parking lot.
