Diligence with integrity and empathy! Affordable, Friendly, Time efficient. Thank you Mr. Cliff, Robbie, and the wonderful attendant at the front desk that not only provided the service i came for but additionally helped me with something else that saved me from a major accident. When you have children in your car, worrying that your tires or steering is not safe is a mother's worst nightmare! They relieved me of this anxiety and reassured me that I could come back and they'll help me understand any other concerns associated. THANK YOU for your professionalism and caring, thank you Chaney Tire & Auto of Annapolis, Sincerely the Green Honda CRV 2000

My husband and I go to Chaney’s for our oil changes. My husband has a diesel truck so he always calls ahead of time and Chaney is always ready to do it upon arrival. They are ALWAYS professional and extremely nice and quick to get the job done AND they are honest and affordable. Way better than the dealership! We are fortunate to have a business like Chaney! We appreciate your amazing service. Thank you

Slow leak in my back tire. Wanted to find a Tesla friendly shop and this place was suggested on a Facebook group. Fast, fairly priced, and the people are nice. Thanks Chaney Tire

I want to start by mentioning that I have been a 25 year customer of Chaney Tire; at primarily Bowie location, but also Annapolis. Yesterday I had one of the WORST customer service failures, for any business, at the Annapolis ( Hudson St) location. An hour after paying $207.47 LABOR COSTS re: four tire stems with monitors ( I provided OEM parts), I discovered that there was a significant chunk of rubber gouged out of one tire sidewall. I reached out to the owner, Larry Chaney, by email within an hour of discovery. I sent him four photo's, with timestamp, of the damage. He insisted that this was pre-existing; with no mention of the possibility that his tech damaged my tire. He offered solutions that involved ME paying for a new tire and rim repair; not any mention of partial or full refund. I just got off the phone with NAPA Customer Care Center to report this incident; they stated that Chaney Tire is NOT part of their network; Chaney Tire was advertising yesterday online that they were a NAPA Customer Car Care Center. BEWARE: Chaney Tire in Annapolis...
