Team at Charing Cross Care Center: Where do I even start with this letter of immense THANK YOU for your TRULY Trusted service, reliability, professionalism, and care(no pun) that you have not only given to me and parts of my family but your community far and wide in not only Baltimore city but I’m pretty sure; statewide. I say that because I (as I’m sure most other customers probably already do too) travel with confidence to your shop from wherever life may take Us for all of our car care needs. Thats how much of an incredible impression you’ve made with our family! You’ve been providing trusted care repair/maintenance service to us personally for about 20 years on multiple vehicles. I don’t know where the time goes but it goes. My son was a toddler when we were first referred to your shop and now he’s 21 😳. Time and Time again, you have never let us down. Never. And I don’t say that lightly. At the time, the team was headed by Larry and your Master mechanic Dan (I believe) and they were the epitome of a trusted team who did great work and it looks like they’ve passed the baton exceptionally well!! We’ve had multiple times of major work done here from (our very first experience there was engine repair) and also regular yearly maintenance/minor repairs(oil changes, brake service, battery replacement, and tune ups) etc. and after each time, our cars not only ran like new but the life of the vehicles extended well beyond its time. You guys trustfully and responsibly price compare parts which is greatly appreciated these days when anything is overly expensive. You make sure to put special focus if cars need major work done and additionally provide a quick day turnaround for minor/yearly maintenance service. Remarkable service with integrity and strategic time management. The proof is in the pudding…No BS Based on some of the Google reviews, we definitely aren’t specially treated. Your team clearly extend that to EVERYONE as any decent and credible business should. But if someone in the comments had a less than 4 star experience, please give them one more chance to right it. Our experience with your team truly set the standard and that’s why I don’t hesitate to name drop your business to ANYONE with the quickness!! Again, to take the time and write this was a pleasure and an honor/token of gratitude. We appreciate what your team, past and present, have done for our family and more importantly this Maryland community! NO, NO, AND NO good mechanics, unfortunatly overpriced ,whats the old saying fool some of the the people some of the times.......ten years ago they replaced parts that needed not be. they sold me $990 fuel pump because the battery was bad which was $89 dollar fix. so we stopped going made the same mistake today 2026 we were charged for diagnostic separate from labor charge ,,,basically $900 to a $1,000 for a tune-up on Toyota Camry hybrid, $55.63 for a oem gas cap that cost $5.41 oem on eBay all day long. I was not warned or told of that price. sorry we will make effort to try to not came back as a customer.maybe i'm unrealistic but I too work for a living, I don;t take short cuts. between barbers and mechanic, lawyers and legislators lets throw them in Chesapeake bay. TOO BAD. ITS SHAME.

I'll keep it straight with you..Steve and Laury the Owners are awesome. Mr Donald and Mr Henry are great as well....They are very Honest about what you need and don't need. The Charge is $120 an hour. I love their service....I Recommend them 120%. Two of the companies locations that I work for take our Vehicles here. One of the is Rockville MD...That speaks for itself and if your broke down they have a tow service that will tow for them as well..
