5 months ago I went to get my brake lights fixed at Chavez Auto and about 1 month ago while at jiffy lube they told me they were out again. I went in the other day and explained the situation and after the repair the charged me a second time. The receptionist explained that they used high quality bulbs this time, and that they can’t control when the original bulbs go out, yet they provided the original bulbs. This family is kind, so I hate to leave this review, but according to google brake lights should last between 1-5 years and I had to waste my time & money trying to remedy this problem twice within 6 months.

I want to give 0000 . Be careful because they took our motor out and GLUED it back together. I have pics and they was the last ones who worked on my car. Should have known that when I took it to other shops they declined me. Never again if they didn't know what they were doing Should have NEVER took the job.

If I could give them 10 out of 5 stars I would! I came in with a new car I bought and needed inspection, they told me there were several issues to be fixed before I could pass. I was in a terrible situation since I only had a day to get the inspection before making the long trek back to Florida. These guys put all their efforts into helping me. They even gave me a ride back to my other car so they could keep it there while they got the parts and made the repairs. Friendly, fair price, and super thorough to make sure I was in a safe vehicle. They had to do an alignment for me and thoroughly road tested it after it was done. They weren’t satisfied with the results so stayed after closing to make sure it was perfect and safe before I drove away. This company is the best and will ONLY be using them from now on! Thank you for everything! You have a new customer for life!!

I have been going here my whole life with my family. Used to be great service, great pricing, family owned and was always a pleasant experience. Last few times have been absolutely brutal. I called for an oil change the day before and they scheduled my at 9am the following day which is Friday. I get there and they say they are closing early and can’t do the oil change. The time before that they put on new rotors and some other work and when I picked up the car they drained my gas all the way down to 4 miles till empty and I almost ran out of gas getting to the next station. And the time before that I was getting an oil change and somehow they cracked my center monitor?? Just really strange. We love Oscar but come on man. Hard to come back with this something happening every time. Wish you guys the best but got to be better.

Yesterday, I visited Chavez Auto for a vehicle inspection on my Chevy Tahoe. I must say, they truly deserve more than 5 stars. Their customer service is top-notch, and they were able to accommodate my busy schedule without any issues. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience pleasant and efficient. I will definitely be returning to Chavez Auto for all my future automotive needs.
