I've been going to Cheltenham Service Center since 2003 when I love in the neighborhood directly next to it. The owner Don and his son Tony have a great team. They are honest enough inform you when a task is not within their wheelhouse. They offer a variety of services and I've yet to have any issues with service or parts. My family takes their vehicles to them from Reston, VA. That's how much we appreciate and trust them. Loyal customers!

Be fair to the person that left a review about the young lady charging $2 it does say self-service. And I mean the least you can do is tip a person for going out there way to put air in your tire. If you don't like paying $2 I mean you can always go to Wawa where it's free and you can do it yourself instead of being lazy and expecting from others. Other than that I must say I have been going to Cheltenham service center for years Don and tony do have an amazing team. Me and my family have been going there for our gas and mechanical work for years and they are absolutely amazing

Something is wrong with the owner; you have to catch him on a good day. On 10/21/25, I went to inform the owner that my car was still having a whistle sound as I would turn the corner or press on the brakes. I was told that the problem was with my brakes and rotors. I informed the owner that after driving the car for 3to 4 hours; it is when the whistle sound begins. The owner became irate; stating there was nothing he could do. This guy is verbally abusive and argumentative. I believe he only does this to black women and I told him this. "He use the "F" word stating that he would not check my car. To the black community; this rude man has no respect for black people; find somewhere else to go. On 9/30/25, I paid $475.90 and continues to have problems with my car. I read a review from Ronald Thomas that this business used cheap rotors and brake pads. This owner does not want to be asked questions; when is answers he talks fast and is verbally abusive.

I’ve been getting gas and air here for over 10 years. Well imagine my surprise when I went to get air for $.50 and was charged $2 for the girl with face tattoos to pump the air. It’s literally a full service station, why do I need to pay $2 for someone to do their literal job?

This is such a wonderful station!!!! I have watched them transformer this station from an old tired station to a wonderful and welcoming spot. It is so rare these days to find full service and that is all they offer!!!! It has been so long infact since I have seen a full service station I felt bad having the nicest gentleman pump my gas. BTW, full-service DOES NOT mean higher prices!!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!
