It's great when you have a mechanic you can trust. One who quotes you a price for new tires and then after you agree, calls you back because he found them a little cheaper. Fletcher is awesome. Don't take your car(s) anywhere else.

I called to try to make an appointment for later in the week. I must have had a bad signal and didn't hear the gentleman who answered asking me to hold on. I started speaking. He immediately got rude and ignorant and telling me to hold on. Definitely wouldn't recommend just based off my first experience. Terrible customer service

I had my vehicle in to check on a horrible squeal sound and a "dragging" shifting issue. "Said" they did 3 diagnostics on it and did 3 test drives. Picked up my car and drove down veterans' hwy. Car would NOT go into gear at the stop light at brightview intersection and happened once again on Old mill road. Went to a different mechanic right near them for a second opinion only to find out that the tie bar under my radiator was completely rusted out and they WOULDN'T even test drive it till it was safe (which we had repaired) and THEN found out my transmission needs to be replaced. So, how did THIS mechanic NOT see any of this situation IF they did diagnostics and test drives....guess all they do is hook it up to a computer instead of ACTUALLY LOOKING INSIDE THE HOOD! Computers DON'T AND WILL NEVER replace humans and/or their instincts!!
