The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. The Maryland Safety Inspection was performed in a very reasonable amount of time. This was my first time coming to this shop, but I will be patronizing this business for my auto service needs going forward.

I took my Volkswagen in to Chesapeake Import Services for transmission service and oil change. They thoroughly inspected my car and pointed out some other things that needed replacement to keep it running safely. Work was completed in 1 day and the car is running well. I feel this is a trustworthy shop and I would recommend for your auto service needs.

Chesapeake Import Services (CIS) is now our "family mechanic ". Like you need a good electrician or plumber, we found our mechanic! CIS has serviced my family's two high mileage vehicles. Service has started with the health of the vehicles, documenting issues based on priority so we could address them from most to less important, but needed service or repair. The staff has provided professional service with a casual approach, like the neighborhood mechanic I remember in the small town where I grew up. Communication is exceptional. The team keeps us informed with their progress, if any additional issues arise and upon completion. Secure drop-offs and pick-ups make it easy for our family. In addition the team is: Courteous. Produced quality work and priced appropriately. Check. Check. Check. Over this relatively short period of time I feel less stressed about who should I bring my car to for service. Much appreciated.

Once again, having taken my cars to Chesapeake Imports for more than 20 years, they have fixed my 2014 Honda Pilot, after it started to fail. Always honest and upfront with what is needed. It is so hard to find a honest good mechanic shop. The customer service and work they do is top notch. Got my Lexus LS430 up and running again in no time (timing belt and valve cover gasket). If you are in need of a good car repair shop, Chesapeake Import Service is it.
