This place was recommended to me by a lady who works at my job, she spoke highly of the owner so I decided to make an appointment. From the moment I walked through the door I didn’t feel welcomed the receptionist seemed to be annoyed as if she doesn’t like her job she did the bare minimum to interact with me, I than proceeded to ask her could I sit and wait because I did not have a ride which she informed me with yet again an annoyed attitude saying she’s not sure how long it would take if they needed to order a part it could take some time. (Which I am aware it could) but if I don’t have a ride then hey isn’t that what waiting areas are for? I kindly asked for my keys back I’ll go elsewhere if you don’t value my business… which clearly I was right because she gave me my keys back without even trying to make things right! It unfortunate cause again this place came highly recommended and I was looking for something closer but I’d rather drive over an hour to my mechanic where I know I’m valued as a customer..

Incredible service. We were traveling back home several states away and had an issue where we had to pull over on the highway. Not only were they able to fit us in on a busy day but they were able to fix our issue in a half hour. They went above and beyond to explain the issue to us. The prices were very reasonable and the service was outstanding. Also, they have a great seating area with a homey feel. Highly highly recommend.

Chesapeake services was a life saver. I live about 2hrs south of where my car broke down. I had my car towed to another shop to be told they don’t work on my brand of car, I found Carrie!!! Her and her team were hands down amazing. I told her the issue with my car had to towed to them and she fixed it the next day. The way she explained everything going on with my car was so comforting bc I was a complete wreck.. I wish I lived closer bc that would be my number one shop! Thank you Carrie and team!!

I could not be happier. I found this facility in google when I needed clutch work on my 2005 Subaru. Kerrie was very helpful in making me feel like a valued customer and was able to have my car looked at very quickly despite the long waits other mechanics had. The mechanic working on my car, Chris, was knowledgeable and I feel took extra care to make sure things were done right. I can’t recommend this place enough. The prices were VERY reasonable and the work done was perfect. Thanks again for a great first experience. I will be back with any other car issues I have.
