I've been taking my vehicles here for over 20 years and have yet to be disappointed. I always go for the $35 service and when the trucks get too bad I get a quote for a full detail to get everything looking fresh and clean again inside and out. It's the best money I've spent as it keeps the inside and outside of my vehicle from any permanent damage from dirt and debris and they hand dry it. They always do an excellent job. Thanks so much. We definitely appreciate you.

I hate to leave a poor review because I love the people here but I had my second experience and I am feeling ripped off. I am a professional courier and I drive my dogs in my car every day. So the first time I got the most expensive option just because my car was very dirty. The exterior work was amazing the interior work was almost nothing. So I obviously need interior work because I deliver food and transport animals. So second time, my car is still pretty fresh interior from the first wash so I expect them to go deeper. First thing I tell the lady “I need my interior focus , I don’t care about exterior “ she points to the most expensive options, I say “fine can you also do my mats with that” she says “no” I say “no problem” and I also select the floor mats up charge. I remind her “I really need the inside cleaned because my dogs are here” - I bought my dogs with me so they would see / understand. I’m gesturing towards the interior surfaces , trying to make it clear . She says yes okay etc. I get my car after and the interior is even worse than the first time! They gave it a very light vacuum and a very light wipe that’s it? Half my interior surfaces look untouched, huge dirt streaks in the inside of left door. What do I have to pay for them to actually listen to me? I would have been fine with them ignoring everything exterior but they seem allergic to interior detail work. Have to find someone else l. I can NEVER say enough about this car wash. My ABSOLUTE "go to!" If your in the Pax River area and find yourself with a filthy car, do NOT pass this car wash up. Always more than you bargain for. From the attention to detail, to the quick and fast service no matter if they are slammed or not. Get the #1 wash and you will thank me later!!! Again, if you need a car wash, there are options in the area and on Three Notch, NONE are as good as Cheseldine!!!!!

Removing a star from my previous review. Last time I had issues with the self service, which the business owner responded and promised to check and resolve. I returned today to find only the soap and rinse functional, not even tri foam or any other settings I had hoped to use. Wasted money trying to get them to work. I won't be returning to this location for a while and I don't plan to recommend it to anyone besides those who need a functional pressure washer in the winter.

Tried this place twice...the first time, they didn't completely clean the interior and I had to get someone to finish the job. Today, I tried them again because the backseat was quite filthy and dirt-covered where my child returned from camp everyday covered in mud! They missed ALOT!! (see photos) I went home and used wipes & a dust buster to get it perfect in less than 10 minutes!! Sorry to say, but their detail team needs to pay attention to the details!!
