My boyfriend and I have been taking our cars here for years now. They are always are super friendly and do a great job. I have never had a time where they have done work on my car without them talking to me about it first and giving me a written quote. They do not try to up sell me on things, which I appreciate. They are a good place.

I took my car to get tint removed from my car windows. When my car was finished it still had glue all over the windows and my back window was cracked. I took my car back for the glue removal and the window. The 2nd time I got my car back the some of the glue was removed but it still had a lot in some places. When I got in my car I than noticed a piece from my vent on the passenger side was broken. The staff was nice but that does not excuse the fact that my car wasn't properly fixed and taken care of while at their shop.

I have been a customer of Chestertown Goodyear since 2022, and I can't say enough great things about their staff and the service they provide! I just recently took my Honda in for a routine oil change/tire rotation, they found that not only did I needed a tire rotation and oil change, but I also needed new brakes, and my front axle had to be replaced. This was extremely unexpected, and they were more than accommodating to ensure that I would have transportation to and from my vehicle as they have a ride share service. Within the same week, I had a tail light that needed to be replaced, and they were more than accommodating to fit me in at the last minute to have this replaced. They truly care about their customers and community!
