I can say I like the mechanics! They do good work on cars and the customer service in the parts department is excellent. Now, when it comes to the customer service in the service department I am appalled. I am writing this review as I sit in the waiting room listening and watching how the gentleman at the counter speaks to people and to his co workers. It's insane. No one deserves to be spoken to like that. If anyone has any information on a supervisor I can speak to I would appreciate it.

Beware! Had a wheel fall off after a tire rotation nearly causing a accident. Called the next day and manger was somewhat apologetic. He told me owner would call very shortly; which he never did. Customer service is not their forte.
