Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dealership was clean and welcoming. Service was completed quickly. Appreciate working with a service center that handles more EVs. However, when i booked mt appt over the phone, the call center told me a shuttle service was available and specifically booked my 7am drop off with shuttle service so I could get to work on time. However, when I arrived, I was informed shuttle service doesnt start until 845am, leaving me in quite a lurch. The on site staff were apologetic, but doesn't change the fact that I ended up having to call an Uber.

The service at Chevrolet was downright outrageous. I was "helped" by someone with a rude, arrogant attitude who made me wait 20 minutes for absolutely no reason, and I'm convinced it was because of my brown skin and Latino background. On top of that, even though I had an appointment, they refused to give me a service car until they "examined" my vehicle first -despite the fact that it's basically brand new and has already had 14 issues fixed. And to make matters worse, this so-called "examination" takes them 24 hours, even though I already had a reference number from OnStar (the software company or whatever you want to call it) telling them exactly what the issue was. In short, a total disaster and absolutely unacceptable.
