Does service gentlemen that I was dealing with. He was very polite well, spoken. He also kept me informed of what they were doing to the vehicle. And about how long that it should take to finish up the job that was being done. I came in to get a key replacement, and as they were fixing the key, they found out that it had a factory recall. Very disappointed. Price increase from prior owners was outrageous. Bogus multipoint inspection. Took away free tire rotation. Not worth making the trip anymore. My loyalty to purchase and service my vehicles there is no longer a thing. You would think you could have bought lube stickers with your new name on them not Williams.

Service and staff have always been great. Just a little shocked at how much the oil change price went up. I've never paid more than $100 and now it's $132. 😲
