Choisser Automotive is an extremely well run organization with excellent communication every step of the way. Samantha and Michael guided me through the process of taking a car of mine with great sentimental value that needed many repairs, services, and parts to make this car safe and drivabable again. They are both outstanding at what they do. As I was leaving, the Owner, Robert Choisser, made it a point to thank me in Person for my business. After just a few minutes talking with Robert, It became quite clear to me once again that all great business's are built trom the top. He gave all the credit for the success of his business to the teriffic Staff he has put together in his Easton, MD location. I highly recommend Choisser Automotive Services to all of you reading this review. This is a Shop and group of People you can trust.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five Stars — Honest, Professional, and Fair I recently took my 2016 Jeep Renegade into Chossier Automotive for an oil change and regular service. I had been worried about some new engine sounds and was fully prepared for bad news or at least a long list of “urgent” repairs. Instead, the team at Chossier checked everything thoroughly and only did what truly needed to be done. I left with an oil change and a fixed tire, not an inflated bill or unnecessary engine work. They could have easily told me my car needed major service, but they did not. That kind of honesty is rare. These are good, trustworthy people who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in doing the right thing. I cannot give them any higher praise. They are simply amazing.

I have recently purchased 4 tires, had rear shocks replaced, an oil change, and will be getting some repairs on my transmission. Choisser is very professional during the entire process and are not high pressure in any way, unlike one particular dealership.Choisser keeps you informed concerning the progress and gives you a "report card" concerning potential future issues so you know your vehicles current status and expected future work that may be needed. It is easy to make an appointment and the waiting area is much more comfortable than most others in the area. We also had them change the oil in out car with the same level of service.

Once again everyone was kind and responsive. My car had an unusual gas smell and they identified the issue and repaired it as quickly as possible allowing me to get it back in time for a very long and stressful day of driving and appointments related to a family death. They gave me their honest evaluation and the costs of available options to address the problem. I am so glad I switched to Choisser from the exorbitant dealer repair fees!! 👍🏼
