I like to start the review by saying, 'Do not judge a book by its cover.' I just bought a new car, and I got a flat trying to bring it home. Since the vehicle is lowered, I was concerned that the tow truck company might not have the necessary tool to lift it onto the flatbed. I read the reviews, which were not promising, and when I called the receptionist, they were rude. It was late, and I thought, 'Let's just give it a try.' Mr. Paul called me and arrived 1 hour earlier than expected, and was extremely pleasant to talk to on the phone. I told him about my situation with the lowered car, and he took all necessary steps to ensure it would be safe on the flatbed. He was extremely thorough, and it made me feel more at ease. Mr. Paul was extremely friendly and dropped me off at a convenient location where I could call an Uber. I honestly thought the night was going to get worse, but Mr. Paul saved me in an extremely tough situation. If you ever find yourself in an emergency and have Mr. Paul, you are in good hands.

My last 72 hours were filled with car drama.. I'd already heard good things about Chris' Towing via family and word of mouth, so when my Geico roadside assistance dispatched them to help me, THREE separate times in those 72 hours, I was relieved lol They were all great, but special shoutout to Tom/Tommy (I believe his name is!) who rescued me 2 outta the 3 times. He was so personable and kind, which I super appreciated in the moment cuz I was ready to throw the whole car away 😅

Tow truck came super fast. The driver was kind and gave me some ideas as to what the problem could be and why. Overall better experience than anticipated. Roadside assistance usually takes forever! Pleasant surprise!

They saved the day!! I got locked out of my car with my one year old daughter on a farm; they came quickly, opened my car gently with ease and made sure it started okay and we were safe before leaving. Such a nice guy. Excellent service on my jumpstart . Tom was extremely nice . Tom explained what he was doing thru the jump start process and gave recommendations on getting vehicle to a shop to have battery checked . Would highly recommend for your road service needs .
