Ok time to change the stars from 3 to 5. If you need to have your vehicle serviced just see Erin. Finally someone at the service department that seats with you listen and make sure that your get all your concerns answered so you can plan how to proceed. She goes beyond that anyone else in that place after Natasha and the management. Erin the one and only.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! BUYER BEWARE! I wish I could give negative stars. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. The service Manager (Natasha) takes no responsibility for the lack of professionalism in her staff. I brought my vehicle for my disabled mother here for service and went almost 3 weeks with not even a call back about a diagnosis. I had to call several times just speak with someone and ultimately just show up to get an answer on where my vehicle was. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I will take my vehicle to Fred Frederick in Laurel where I used to take it. IT WAS A HUGGGEEEE MISTAKE BRINGING IT HERE FOR SERVICE. YOI HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Took my 18 chrysler Pacifica in for service (oil chg, rotate balance and alignment). Advisor (Paul) was professional, informative and not pushy. Did an inspection and gave me the rundown on the van (unlike my last visit to Koons Chrysler Tysons) picked up the van and realized the next day they put the wrong center cap on. Rep who answered the phone was cool and told me to bring it in. Paul apologized, got me a new cap and a tank of gas for my inconvenience! Customer service at its finest! I have a new dealer for service! Thanks Paul👍🏾

Traded in my Chrysler to never deal with these clowns again. They ordered parts for me and said it would take a week to arrive. After 2 weeks I called for an update. They always always always tell me "I was just about to call you, your part came in. " I would believe it the first instance, but it was their go-to line of malarkey during the whole fiasco. It took 6 months to finally get the correct part and have it installed. They are either incompetent, racist or both. Drive the extra 30 minutes to try another dealership. Would not even recommend this place to someone I dislike

I called the service department, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday to schedule an appointment for my 2013 Dodge Charger with a recall with no call backs. Each day I call I get 2-3 voicemails when trying to reach the scheduler and/or service advisor before anyone answers. Last week each time I called the scheduler or advisor said Tonya was busy and they would leave a message for her to call me back, never called. On Saturday I was told the manager would call me because I should’ve gotten a call back, that person also never called. Here it is Monday and I still can’t get ahold of anyone, poor service department.
