The Starter on my Yukon went out Christmas night. I had a different mobile Mechanic diagnose it and agreed to repair it today. Well, called twice today with no answer so I ran across Chuck and decided to give him a try and I'm glad I did. He communicated with me from beginning to end, was earlier than the time he gave, and the repair was completed in 20 minutes. The way he handled the repair like light work tells me he's done this for some time. His professionalism is what really impressed me. His price was reasonable and I'm so grateful for his almost immediate availability when another mechanic left me hanging. I highly recommend Chuck's services and I will definitely recommend him to close friends and family

If you are taking your car to ANY of the major commercial shops-- you are a fool! Chuck was VERY knowledgeable as well as super efficient. He not only diagnosed my car issue (correctly) but took the time to explain and show me how to replace the part myself as it was an easy fix and he didn't want to see me overcharged for labor. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS and will be going to Chuck for ALL my future automotive needs.

I MUST leave a review so others know about how both my back brake lights fixed by Mr. Chuck Williams, owner/operator of Chuck's Mobile Auto Repair! I woke up from a nap this evening and found him with a quick Google search. He answered my text/call right away and was at my home within 30 minutes with bulbs in hand! He was very professional and quick and went on his way within 15mins of arrival! His price was also reasonable, and I'd highly recommend him to my family and friends! Thank you, Chuck! This will not be the last time I use your services, and I appreciate you fitting me into your Saturday schedule at a moment's notice!

Prompt, courteous, good-natured, and absolutely phenomenal at what he does! I had the good pleasure of having Chuck out to our place to look at a few vehicles in varying states of repair. He was able to show up within 2 hours of first contact and diagnosed all three vehicles within 20 minutes of arrival. He was prompt, polite, good-natured, went right to work, and had all the tools needed with him. Afterwards, we even had a nice conversation. I could not be happier with the service I received and would say Chuck is easily worth every penny he charges. Some background: one of these vehicles had not run in years. I spent hours on it at several points, over the years, and Chuck had it running within minutes. I read a few of the best, a few of the worst, and sometimes a few reviews in the middle, looking for people who evaluate things the way that I do to decide who I'm going to go with. Reading the lower reviews on this business gave me a low opinion of the reviewers, before I even met this man (giving a mobile mechanic one star after coming to you and doing a good job, because he had a flat tire on the way? How much extra time would you spend taking it to a mechanic and waiting around for them to get to you?). After my personal experience with him, I give him top marks and further, he is now "our guy."

Very knowledgeable and friendly! Answered all my questions thoroughly (and I'm a woman! Most mechanics I've come across are the worst to women because they think we're stupid LOL) Anyway, he's reasonably priced too! Charged $40 to come out and diagnose my car overheating and scan the engine light. Highly recommend his services 😊
