I scheduled service last week to have my AWD looked at Tuesday (11/11). I dropped my car off Monday afternoon so they would have my car all day Tuesday in hopes they’d have it fixed end of business day. By 3pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called to get update. Lady on the phone said they were still looking at it but would call me when they had an answer. I never heard back so I stopped by around closing time 5pm (on my way home) and they told me they figured out the problem but would have to order the part. I was told then to come back end of day tomorrow (11/12) to pick up and would be ready. No response from them all day today. I called again around 3pm, and the lady said they had the part, but needed to be installed. I asked if it would be done by close today and she told me yes. I came back around 445 and she stated it was installed but needed programming. I told her no problem as I had work with me, and would wait patiently in waiting room. She came out again maybe 530pm or so to tell me 10 more minutes as they were waiting for codes from manufacturer. Finally at about 630pm the mechanic/owner? Came out to tell me the dealer wasn’t answering phone to get the codes, and asked if I could bring the car back again tomorrow. Lack of communication, dishonest information when communicating and getting the run around for over 2 days now with no results. Will not use again.👎🏼👎🏼 To reply to your response, if you know electrical and this kind of work may take days you should preface that at drop off. I dropped the car off Monday night and did not get back until Thursday night. 3 days is absolutely ridiculous. I received no phone calls over those 3 days to state “hey it’s taking longer than expected, etc” in fact you guys told me Tuesday evening when I came to see if it was ready for pickup that it would be ready end of day Wednesday which it was not. Then I called again Wednesday afternoon after not hearing anything all day, and the lady on the phone said it would be ready by 5pm Wednesday. I came up there sat around for an hour and half and still wasn’t ready. You guys are incompetent, unprofessional and are just making up a bunch of excuses to justify your wrong doings. Own up to it. You’ve lost my business going forward and probably many others after the numerous public reviews I’ve posted including BBB.

Disappointing service. I went to Churchville Automotive based on good reviews and because I prefer to patronize local businesses. Unfortunately, what I received was poor customer service that vastly outweighed the work of a knowledgeable mechanic. I dropped my vehicle off for service on Monday night for service on Tuesday. At 2:00 pm on Tuesday, it still had not been put on the lift. They kept it all day Wednesday and then again all day Thursday. When it was finally done, I was given a bill for more than $200 over the "maximum price" they quoted. I was never contacted about the price increase or unauthorized work they performed. Unfortunately, being a small business, there was no one to voice my concerns to "up the chain". I will never return and caution everyone else to do the same. After submitting my complaint through the BBB. The shop refunded me the difference in price and offer apologies.

Fantastic experience with the crew and mechanics at this local shop! I was having a problem with my 98 Dakota where a previous shop had completely stripped a spark plug when doing a tuneup. On the phone the mechanic, whose name I didn’t get unfortunately, assured me it was a simple fix and that he could extract it. Within a few hours, he had successfully extracted the plug and had the truck running well and charged a very fair price! I’ll definitely be back! And I’m glad that my coworker recommended them! They were very professional, courteous an knowledgeable! Thanks Chris

I have been using this family owned business called Churchville Automotives for a couple of years now with my car needs and they have always been super helpful. Sharron goes above and beyond to make sure that all my needs are addressed and Dominic makes sure that my car is in perfect condition after the repairs are made. Just recently, I needed an urgent appointment as something was not right in my car and they pulled me in even though they were heavily booked. Thank you for all the assistance and hard work. Must recommended if one is looking to get their car fixed in town.
