I just read the reviews and I am fully aware, not everyone will be satisfied. That being said... I have been coming here and referring friends, family, customers and strangers since 2002. I have never had an unpleasant experience. Brad has ALWAYS been fair and upstanding and delivers the work in a timely manner. I have recommended this place for almost 25 years. I will continue to refer City Imports for years to come! Thanks Brad!

Was in a bind and needed a bleeder valve off my radiator on my XJS V12, and the gentleman who runs the shop gave me an extra free of charge. Truly great folks and will be doing business with them in the near future. God bless.

I am a repeat customer brought my cars here several time throughout the years. Their labor price was always high but now to the point where it's a rip off! They wanted 3 times what every repair shop I called for the same job.. .

I love this place. The customer service is Phenomenal. Each time with in the past two months, I have been really satisfied with the work and customer care that needed to be done on my car and also each time I had to call they're straight forward with giving you the right answers and always available. I never had to wait two or more days for my vehicle to be ready. They would call the same day service is done. No issues or complaints do I have. I'm so glad my Fiance turned me onto this place.

Beware!!!! This place is a ripoff, Let me start off by saying my car drove better before than after. Once you pay them, good luck on getting them to fix the issue they caused. I knew something was going to be wrong when they did a 5 hour job in 2.5 hours (Engine mount, spark plugs and clean throttle body. The engine light was not on when I brought the car in and has been on for the last week, I have taken the car back to the shop 3 times and even left it over night. They did nothing to correct the problem. I thought I had a good relationship with the manager, after reading the reviews on here and online. It's the same treatment for everybody. He rushed the job so the payment can go out before the month, but I blame myself because I should've test drove the car before paying. I will be taking my Car to BMW on Monday to see what all was done and was not done. The fact this mechanic does not care once he is paid says a lot about this business.
