After reading reviews of several auto body shops on the list the insurance company provided me, I decided to do my own research and found City Side Auto Body, Clinton, MD. The reviews for CSAB were few but ALL WERE GOOD! So I reached out to them to assess the damage to my vehicle and provide an estimate to submit to the insurance company. From the start, I was very impressed in meeting the shop front desk manager, the owner, Derek as well as others on his team. Everyone was friendly and professional, and listened intently as I shared my unfortunate experience of the accident. Derek and the team were exceptional in providing excellent work to restore the look of my vehicle to like-new condition 👏🏽. They provided outstanding customer service by texting or calling me with updates on the progression of completing the repairs to my car. The paint-job matched seamlessly!
