Kim at the Auto Whiz Clarksburg Auto Center is very professional. We have been taking our vehicles to him for a few years now and have always been happy. The repairs have been very timely, Kim explains what he needs to do very thoroughly & will show you what he has done. We recently had new tires, a 2 inch leveling kit & wheel spacers added to my 2010 F150. I will continue to take my vehicles to Kim for future repairs.

Just had my wife's car repaired here this week, Jeep Wrangler 3.6V Engine. It needed major engine work due to bad rocker arms, faulty/leaking gaskets, ignition and throttle issues. I was able to make an appointment the next morning to get a diagnostic done, Mr. Kim not only was very responsive and honest but sent me detailed photos of the issues and what issues would need to be repaired. His price was very fair, service turnaround time was fast for a large job like this, especially compared to what I was being told to expect to pay in a Jeep forum that I belong to, especially for this area. He'll be my go-to family mechanic from this point forward, everyone knows a great mechanic is hard to find. Thank you Mr. Kim!

I regularly service our family cars at Clarksburg Auto Service. Kim is very knowledgeable, he's a professional and I know I can trust him when I leave my car there to take care of the job and not have surprise bills at the end of the day. Last time I took my car to pass the MD inspection. I've done tire and balance, oil changes and brake service here. Thanks for your integrity!

Finding a mechanic you trust is one of those hidden treasures in life. With Mr. Kim, it’s easy to see why so many have entrusted him with their cars. He and his staff treat customers with respect, are timely, and Mr. Kim explains in detail what his comprehensive inspection looks like, and makes sure you understand the repairs he intends to do before doing them. Great service!

Update: This is confirmed the correct shop. Based off of their responses to absolutely any bad review, I’ll also add that they have Zero accountability. I changed my own timing belt 2 years ago which they said was cracked. I installed my own 35% tint which they claimed was 31 and 32%. There was no DOT3 fluid leak to any of my cylinders which I had re-assessed by a personal mechanic and observed as completely dry. Instead there was a grease leak identified from my CV axle. When I questioned their inspection they said at least they didn’t add the crack they identified on the windshield (less than 1/4 in low passenger side in the critical area, regulatory is 1/2 in). These are Mechanics from TEMU or WISH. You want a bad inspection where you feel obligated to use their shop just to pass, and miss actual issues, with a rushed timeline for that “re-inspection discount,” bring your vehicle here. I’ll pass.
