I can’t say enough good things about Cliff’s. Every-time something happens with mine or my daughter’s vehicle, up to and including a second opinion because another shop wouldn’t continue diagnosis, they are there with open arms and reasonable prices. They not only address the current issue but, look forward and bring to our attention other things that may become a problem so we can schedule to get it fixed. They make me and my daughter truly feel like family and always double check to make sure our vehicle is safe. We have had our vehicles at the dealerships and Cliff’s prices are always competitive. Any time someone is having car trouble my first response is “take it to Cliff’s”. To all the guys who work at Cliff’s I commend your honesty and integrity. In a fast changing world it can’t be easy to keep that up and I’m happy that you’re shop is there and appreciate each of you! Just to add the car had the transmission light come on and worse case it would have to be replaced. Their price beat others. The engine and transmission mounts needed to be replaced as well. The transmission was bad wires and replaced. Their price beat all others. The car runs like new! And I know they made sure to make it safe for my daughter and grandson.

I’ve been to Cliff’s twice now on the recommendation of many of my coworkers- the first time to determine if the over $2,000 of “recommended” work by the dealership was necessary (it wasn’t). The second time I had my tie rods replaced as well as additional “recommended” work to be assessed (also wasn’t). Cliff’s not only gave me incredibly fair pricing, they also have now saved me over $3,000 in unnecessary repairs! They were able to get us on the schedule around our very chaotic personal schedule and got the work done in a timely fashion

After having my car "repaired" for an evg valve at a different facility. My car shut off while driving 15 minutes after I left the shop. I expressed my issue to the shop and was told I'd have to pay a diagnostic basically to find out how they messed up. I calmly asked for manager and explained the situation and was brick walled. I took my car here as a recommendation from a friend and the experience was amazing. I explained the issue and Jacob was upfront with everything after I told him what happened. I dropped my car off for them to check it over and after they didsurprise surprise the other shop installed my part incorrectly and damaged the component which made my car shut off randomly. Jacob immediately called me and explained what happened so I paid for them to fix the other shops blunder. Jacob wrote up a detailed description of what went wrong on the receipt and notes that I was able to take to the other shop that messed up my car . I showed them the broken parts with the explanation and the other shop gave me my money back. I've been driving my vehicle for hours after I left cliffs with no problems whatsoever cars running smoother no engine lights I have nothing but good words to say about this place and will be back for all the car stuff I need going forward.

Cliff's was highly recommended to me by a family friend. I was having engine problems (it was rather intense), they figured it out whereas other places were not able to. They also gave me a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with the work, the prices and the amazing customer service, I have been taking both of our vehicles to Cliff's ever since. I can't say enough good things about Jason & Jacob . These guys are very detailed oriented in making sure they are taking everything down you say. They are friendly, prompt and courteous. The prices have always been reasonable. We were very pleased with the mechanic's work each time and never had any issues. In every aspect , I would highly recommend Cliff's Direct Effect to anyone!

These guys were very good. They were very prompt on their service and even double checked my car after it was done just to make sure it was good to go. Alternator replacements are not cheap and I was able to get one $100 less than almost every other shop around. I highly recommend them if you need a big maintenance bill covered!
