This place was great! I have no complaints whatsoever. Very friendly, and they do great work. I took my car here to have 3 separate issues fixed and my car looks brand new again!

I took two separate vehicles for side mirror replacements as well as another visit for a back hatch alignment issue. All three experiences were excellent! Cough's was very professional, efficient and reasonable for repairs. We are very fortunate to have them in Chestertown!

Great job! Office was well informed and efficient. On November 2nd they didn’t have availability until December 2nd . However they were so well organized that with their permission I left my car on-site. To my surprise I received a call on November 10th that my car was done! Awesome job! Great experience all the way around!!

After catching road debris on the front end of my BMW M4, I gave these guys a call and brought the car in. They replaced the front bumper (old one was cracked all the way across) and were able to paint-match my m-specific factory color perfectly. The car looks just as it did when she was new and their pricing was both more than fair and better with better quality work then anything one of the bigger chain shops would have offered. I couldn’t be happier and will use them for all of my future work! Thanks guys!

First of all, Robin and Scott were so friendly and so helpful. It’s always nice to be greeted by a smile. My car looks just as good as it did the day it rolled off the assembly line. The work was fabulous. I would definitely recommend this body shop.
