Took my lx470 to them for a windshield replacement. Installer had never seen rivets on windshield molding which Toyota uses on several models. Went to pick up my truck, 3 rivets were missing and the rest were not even installed correctly. Bottom trim was also installed backwards. It's sad when you try to support a local business and this is the work you get. If there installer was not qualified to do the replacement I would have looked elsewhere.
