Just to start off, i am very impressed with the repairs from Collins collision. Someone t-boned my new car on black Friday and took off the entire front of my car. Chuck from Collins collision is a great guy, kept me informed the whole process. My car drives just as good as when i got it. Thank you to the crew for a great repair.

First I would like to say thank you my car was in a accident so it went here for repairs I had other repairs separate from the accident that desperately needed attention because the car couldn't even drive an was originally working with no budget due to being out of work mr Collin ask me how much could I try an afford I told him an he didn't argue repairs was made to my car an it had to sit while I came up with the funds lots of places charge you storage Hunt you harass you for payment not this man I'm a African American woman an this man treated me like I was family I can only hope and pray that he is blessed beyond measure there was no such thing as a honest mechanic in my eyes but he change that perception mr Collin if your reading this thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart I wish you continued success ps your not allowed to retire or you will get 10mins in the corner one last thing to Mrs Collin I can only imagine how beautiful of a soul you are behind every honest man is a gentle beautiful loving woman at home being his peace so he can lead with a honest kind heart thank you thank you thank you

Repairs were completed before the estimated completion date, they even took care of a small dent unrelated to the damages. My car was cleaned inside and out; when i picked it up I must have had a couple dollars that fell out of my pocket in the car as it was in my cupholder when I picked it up. It was not much at all but little acts like that are admirable knowing that they found it and made sure to put it in a place that was easy for me to find! Thank you for being the only shop in the area that didn't say no immediately because i have a Hyundai, or lack of capacity to accept any vehicles or tell me it would take 2+ weeks before even getting an estimate for the repairs! They provided an initial estimate for me the same day I called to bring it in and when I dropped it off that afternoon I was told the estimated time frame for parts and completion. Next time I have a need for repairs, they will be the first place I contact, my car looked perfect when I got it back 😁

I was skeptical about taking my vehicle here. Only because I didn’t have a male with me to assist. Mr. Collins was awesome to me and he did exactly what he was supposed to. I’d recommend 10/10!
