My car had an argument with a concrete pillar in a downtown parking garage that smashed the driver’s side mirror and dented the door. Collision Center did an excellent repair job and matched the paint perfectly. Plus, I appreciated receiving my car back washed and vacuumed. Cost was significantly lower than what I was quoted by another repair shop nearby. I will certainly use CCC for any future body work on my car.

Collision Center of Cockeysville has found a customer for life. They were able to get me in their schedule quickly, and when I arrived to drop off my vehicle, the owner stood right up to assist me while Heather was busy in the phone. Heather, at the front desk, was very communicative and quick to respond throughout - she is the best!! They fixed my front end damage in just a few days and I am so so grateful.

I was actually happy with the work but the customer service (adjuster) was horrific. Absolutely no communication. I had to call her every single time and leave multiple messages when I got her vm. She never called back one time. I probably had to call over 15 times in the 2.5 weeks my car was in the shop. I received an automated survey at after I picked up my car and let them know but never even heard back. I feel inclined to let folks know prior to using their services.

Well, Allen and Marry are phenomenal! This was the first time I’ve ever had an unfair collision. My car (Mercedes Benz) was hit and dented badly while I was taking my car out of park and the funny thing was that I was found guilty (I still don’t know why!) Anyway, my car wasn’t drivable so I towed it to the auto body shop as my insurance recommended. Unfortunately, they were busy for a month to take care of it. So, I called 3 more auto body shops in this area that had the same or worse schedule. Finally, when I was completely hopeless, I went to Collision Center of Cockeysville in person. At first, Allen refused to take my car because his schedule was busy at that moment. As he has a kind heart and nice personality, he accepted to take care of it that means a lot to me and I’m so grateful to him forever!

They did an amazing job with my car. I was side swiped by my neighbor, and I can't tell it ever happened. I can't even tell where the new and old paint begin and end. They did a great job. They also got my car back to me much quicker than I thought they would.
